No. ODOOVATIONS is an independent Odoo implementation and development team, and we say so rather than leave the question open. We do not display partner, Gold or certification badges we do not hold. What we do show is how we scope, build and support, and the work we have delivered.

No. Odoo is one of seven divisions. Much of what we build is not Odoo at all: custom business software, POS, hospital and election systems, AI and WhatsApp automation, websites and mobile apps, plus marketing and creative work. We recommend the foundation that fits the process and the budget, not the one that suits us.

Against a written scope, after discovery. There is no useful category price for software, because two projects with the same name can be very different sizes. We quote fixed-price for defined scopes, phase larger builds so value arrives early, and offer support retainers after go-live. We are not the cheapest option and do not try to be.

Selected scopes, yes: landing pages, prototypes, dashboards, single automations and focused software modules can move through a rapid-delivery track. A delivery date is confirmed only after we review the scope, and there are things we will not rush, such as accounting systems, data migration and anything touching patient or payment data.

One office, in Karachi, Pakistan. We serve clients across Pakistan and internationally through remote delivery: video discovery, written scope, a shared working environment, an agreed time-zone overlap, remote testing, training and support. We do not have offices in other cities or countries and will not claim to.

No. We build accounting software; we do not keep your books, post entries or prepare returns. Your team and your accountant record the transactions and the system keeps them consistent, controlled and reportable. If you need someone to do the bookkeeping, that is a different service from a different kind of firm.

Yes. Odoo scales from a few users to large operations, and you only pay for and run the parts you need. For small and medium businesses in Pakistan it is often the most practical way to replace a stack of spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one affordable, connected system. We start with a focused core and expand as you grow, so you are never paying for complexity you do not use.

In most cases, yes. Odoo is highly configurable, and where the standard behaviour does not fit, we can build custom modules to match your real process. We begin by understanding how your team actually works, then configure Odoo around that — improving the workflow where it helps, rather than forcing your business into a generic template.

Yes. Migrating from Excel sheets, an older ERP or a mix of systems is a normal part of our work. We prepare, clean and validate your data before go-live so you start on accurate records. We agree exactly what will be migrated during the blueprint stage, so there are no surprises.

Because we scope carefully and avoid unnecessary development, we can give you a clear, itemised estimate after a short discovery conversation. We would rather quote accurately than give a misleading round number.

After discovery we give you a realistic timeline broken down by stage, so you know what to expect and when. We prefer a phased approach that delivers value early rather than a single long build.

Yes. Training is built into our process. We train your team on their real workflows — in English or Urdu where needed — so adoption sticks. We also provide reference materials so onboarding new staff later stays fast and consistent.

Yes. Go-live is the start of the relationship, not the end. We offer ongoing support and maintenance covering issue resolution, performance, safe upgrades and continuous improvement, so your system stays stable and keeps pace with your business.
